Creamy Vanilla Prebiotic Overnight Oats
Serves 1
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 tbsp Daily Uplifter
½ cup milk of choice
1/4 cup of Greek yoghurt
Optional:
Natural sweetener of choice
Your favourite fruit (bananas, kiwis, or blueberries for an extra prebiotic kick!)
Cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Natural nut butter of choice
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in container and place in fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, add optional extras should you desire.
