Prebiotic Blueberry and Chia Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or yoghurt of choice
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
AUS: 1/4 cup Daily Uplifter
US: 1 tbsp Daily Uplifter
Optional: 2 medjool dates, ice
Toppings:
Blueberries
Flaked coconut
Chia Seeds
Nut butter
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Top with choice of toppings
